Mike Pratt President

Mike Pratt brings over 20 years of specialized planning and project management experience in beverage distribution facility construction. He has advised more than 70 businesses on best-practices in distribution operations, site selection, building management, energy conservation, and construction oversight.  

Mike founded FPI in 2009 following eight years as a project manager in the Wholesaler Facilities Planning department of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. In that capacity, he programmed, designed and supervised the construction of more than two million square feet of beverage facility space, including 300,000 square feet of Class A office space.

Mike served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring in 2001 as deputy division chief of construction contracting at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, Ill. In his last four years of service, he oversaw all construction contract actions. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Lindenwood University, St. Charles, Mo., a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Southern-Illinois University-Carbondale and associate degrees in contract management and industrial security from the Community College of the Air Force.
