Overview: Eagle Sales wanted to create an experience that felt as welcoming to craft brands as leading global brands. The vision included room for microbrewing, hosting events and an outdoor garden area featuring a few of the natural ingredients that make beer special.

Project Highlights: In 71,000 square feet of new construction, we created a two-story office with a chic and modern edifice. Built an entertainment space and brew hall that featured a 3-barrel brewing system. ThermoMass® insulated cast-in-place concrete walls eliminated the cost of transporting panels to the site, and used local materials and labor for a more environmentally-friendly approach.
