Overview: After 60 years and numerous building expansions, Wismer Distributing decided it was time for an upgrade. Jim Ferris asked fellow wholesalers who they would recommend to help him craft a plan for the future. Facility Planning was at the top of the list. Together, we planned and executed against the dream to create a world class beer and beverage distribution facility.

Project Highlights: State of the art cooling system using chilled water and air rotation, reduces energy usage and maintenance costs. ThermoMass® insulated cast-in-place concrete walls eliminated the cost of transporting panels to the site, and used local materials and labor for a more environmentally-friendly approach. 30’ clear storage pallet storage system allowed four high pallet racking. Impressive two-story atrium entry and 9,500 square feet hospitality and event center.
