Overview: When Joe Little and his team at Bernie Little Distributors decided to expand and upgrade their facility, they wanted an experienced project manager they could trust. Joe had worked with Mike Pratt on other projects and chose Mike Pratt at Facility Planning to get the job done.

Project Highlights: Saved time and reduced cost by engaging a local contractor and design team. Converted a drive-through loading area to a controlled environment warehouse (CEW) and added new CEW, along with eight new loading docks. Added a first class hospitality area, with a lobby designed to showcase Joe’s dad’s Miss Budweiser Unlimited Hydroplane memorabilia.
