Overview: Central Distributors situation was a familiar one, with an older building and no room to expand. So, they decided to relocate and build something new. Michael McWherter called Facility Planning because he had served on the NWBA Board and knew Facility Planning was recommended by beer wholesalers across the country.

Project Highlights: 86,000 square feet of new construction, including 14,000 square feet dedicated to an on-site fleet maintenance shop, plus a fueling station. Three independent, climate-controlled storage spaces. People and Process-focused design for enhanced efficiency and reduced labor costs.
