Overview: Stephens Distributing needed a Controlled Environment Warehouse (CEW) expansion and more loading docks. Todd did his research and then called Facility Planning to lead the project. A tight site and extremely burdensome jurisdictional restrictions added to the degree of difficulty for the design-build team.

Project Highlights: • Project Highlights: Insulated Metal Panel on a Pre-Engineered Frame. Developed three new loading docks and 14,000 SF of Controlled Environment Warehouse (CEW). Installed vertical levelers and inside the building so the overhead door seals the entire opening, making the building more energy efficient. Manual wheel lock truck restraints provide safety protection to forklift operators and warehouse personnel.
